Custom-acreage home sites are available at Flying Horse North, located just north, between Black Forest Road and Highway 83, where a new course will open in 2020.
The original course at The BROADMOOR, designed by Ross, opened for play in 1918. The course was unusual for the time, given its altitude and level of technical difficulty.
