In this edition of Get Golf Fit presented by Michelob Ultra, Giselle Korina demonstrates Ball Supported Sit-Ups. These exercises will strengthen your pelvis, back, and abdomen muscles, often referred to as your core. A strong core is important to strengthen and stabilize your whole body, help your golf swing and will provide overall improvement performance on the course!
Ball Supported Sit-Ups
Targets: Abdominal Muscles
Ball Supported Sit-Ups Step-by-Step Instructions
- Sit on the ball with your feet flat on the floor with your arms faces out and palms up
- Lean back into a 45-degree angle
- Use your abdominal muscles to pull yourself back up into a sitting position without lifting your feet.
- Repeat by doing 3 sets of 12 sit-ups
