Dream Golf, developers of the Rodeo Dunes courses under construction northeast of Denver, has a new fourth project underway in Florida, the company announced this week.

The company is led by brothers Michael and Chris Keiser and it received approval from a Florida county board last week for the initial steps in the creation of a golf course development they are calling Old Shores.

“Dream Golf has received a development order from Washington County, Florida,” the company said in a statement released on OldShores.Com. “The project is being developed by Michael and Chris Keiser and features a new public golf course designed by renowned golf architect Tom Doak. The Old Shores site is located approximately 30 miles north of the Panama City airport and is easily accessible from the resort communities of the 30A corridor.”

Michael and Chris Keiser’s Dream Golf opened its first operation, Sand Hills, in Wisconsin in 2017. Their father Mike Keiser is the developer of the popular Bandon Dunes complex in Oregon.

Construction began this summer near Roggen, a 45-minute drive northeast of Denver International Airport, on Dream Golf’s Rodeo Dunes project. A spokesman for Dream Golf has said the construction this summer has gone well; the company has stated it hopes to have Rodeo Dunes grassed by the end of summer 2025 and open for public play in 2026.

Also, this summer Dream Golf announced plans to build another golf course resort complex, Wild Spring Dunes, in east Texas.

In an interview with Colorado AvidGolfer this summer Michael Keiser said he and his brother hope to develop five locations ultimately. Dream Golf sites to date offer a collection of courses designed by world-renowned architects, and a mixture of resort accommodations and some real estate investment opportunities.

The first Rodeo Dunes course was designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw.
