The Tonto Verde golf community offers golf course living at its finest. With two distinct and challenging 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Gary Panks and David Graham, our Arizona golf community near Scottsdale, Arizona is a desert gem with national recognition for its charm and playability.

Our courses, the Peaks and the Ranch, are immaculately maintained and are known for being some of the finest greens in the Valley. The beauty of the courses begins with a magnificent setting and mountain views in every direction. Six tees with ten different tee combinations on each course provide options for golfers of all ages and handicaps.

Renowned golf course architects David Graham and Gary Panks chose to keep the natural contours of the land as they designed the 6,729-yard Peaks course. The Panks-designed Ranch course stretches out to 7,010 yards and has hosted many professional and amateur events since opening for play in 1999. While both of the courses are desert or target golf layouts, the architects took special care to ensure that golf would be enjoyable no matter what the skill level of the golfer.

The Peaks and Ranch courses are distinctly different. The Peaks Course showcases panoramic mountain views with Four Peaks in the distance. It will challenge any golfer with its tight fairways, desert transitions, and contoured greens with subtle breaks. The Ranch course will take on the big hitters with its length and challenge your short game with large, well-bunkered, and sloping greens. Rounding out Tonto’s distinctive golf attractions is a uniquely designed 18-hole putting course for the enjoyment of all residents and guests. The combination of the two provides members and their guests with unending variety and interest. With the added benefit of being able to use your own golf cart on both courses with no trail fee, you will enjoy a world-class golf experience every time you play.
