Perched directly above their 2nd Denver-area location on 4200 Tennyson Street, South Broadway Country Club’s newest concept, The Crow’s Nest, has officially opened its doors as an elevated experience that focuses more on cocktails and atmosphere versus the golf simulators.
The genius behind curated cocktail list is Jen Mattioni, whose cocktails have been featured in New York Times Magazine, Westword, 5280 Magazine, Dining Out and 303 Magazine, is crafting their cocktail list.
“My intention for the cocktail menu was focused around approachable, balanced cocktails that are rooted in classics with unique spins on them that are both elevated and familiar,” Mattioni said.
In addition to crafting the cocktail list, Mattioni creates her own syrups and dried fruits to add to enhance cocktails such as the “Who’s Your Caddy” and “Water Hazard.”
