The Broadmoor Announces an Unlimited Golf Getaway!

It’s no surprise that golf has enjoyed a surge in popularity amidst the pandemic, with a record number of rounds played in 2020. The Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs is readying its two championship golf courses for another busy season, but for those tired of being squeezed out of tee times on their local course or just seeking a change of scenery, the luxury resort at the base of the Rocky Mountains is offering two Unlimited Golf packages during off-peak travel times.

  • Classic accommodations for two nights (upgrade options available; suites available at 25% off of published rates)
  • Unlimited golf for each person on the package

  • Personal locker, club storage and range balls
  • Rates start at $500 per night, based on double occupancy.

The resort is also making plans for the 100th anniversary of The Broadmoor Invitation, taking place July 25-29.  Dating back to 1921, The Broadmoor Invitation continues the tradition of hosting premier amateur players in a championship tournament environment.

Invitation events include receptions, galas, and cookout luncheons, as well as programmed activities for players’ spouses/guests such as guided hikes, Italian cooking classes at the resort’s Ristorante del Lago, bowling at The Broadmoor’s private alley, and a farm-to-table picnic with wine tasting at the resort’s greenhouse and gardens. An opening night fireside chat with golf legend Hale Irwin will be another highlight. (Hale won the 1967 Broadmoor Invitation and played in both the 2008 and 2018 US Senior Opens at The Broadmoor.)
