Five Years of Sanctuary at Frost Creek
Frost Creek, a private luxury golf club and residential community located just outside Eagle, Colo., has become a “sanctuary” for many of its local and national members. Appropriately coined “Colorado’s Mountain Club”, it offers a world-class Tom Weiskopf designed golf course, 40,000 square foot clubhouse, pool area, member Jeep, and great fishing. What types of membership and real estate opportunities does Frost Creek offer?
Frost Creek offers two golf membership categories; Local and National Membership. Sports memberships are also offered.
Luxury member cabins and yurts are available for use by National members and their guests. Also available are a variety of one to six-acre homesites for purchase starting at $250,000. To date, more than 14 custom homes have been built at Frost Creek with 16 or more expected to break ground this year.
