Class-A PGA Professional and former NFL player Jason Witczak of The Club at Pradera is here to show you an exercise that will help strengthen your arms and stabilize your golf swing. This video workout improves your balance, core stability, arm strength and shoulder strength all at once. With weighted dumbbells in both hands, Elizabeth Carpenter balances with one foot on the Dyna Disc while doing a basic curl. By performing these activities at the same time, she is able to achieve double the benefits simultaneously.
