The Country Club at Castle Pines just south of Denver has approved a $17.1 million project that will bring transformation to the private, Member-owned Club.

One of the most iconic Clubs in all of Colorado, The Country Club at Castle Pines already boasts a world class championship Jack Nicklaus Signature course and award-winning Pro Shop that won the 2019 Colorado PGA Private Merchandiser of the Year. The project features an expanded dining, patio and bar experience in the Clubhouse, a new cliffside aquatics complex, a warming hut with a fitness center, a multi-sport racket experience and an indoor/outdoor golf performance center added to the 20-acre practice complex.

Work has already begun on the site plan and conceptual design that will maximize the dramatic and unparalleled mountain landscape with the Club perched at nearly 7,000 feet. “We are very excited to start off 2020 with the mandate to create new amenities and improvements that elevate the total member experience for the entire family” said Dave Whalen, Chief Operating Officer of the Club. “This is an exciting new chapter for The Country Club at Castle Pines, and we can’t wait to offer our Members and their guests a world-class experience beyond golf and dining among the most picturesque landscape in all of Denver.”

“With the addition of the new amenities including cliffside pool, fitness, tennis, pickleball and heated paddle tennis courts, there will now be even more opportunities for all members of the family to socialize and stay active at the Club in all seasons” says Mark Lewicki, Director of Sales. “Most people know the world-class level of golf at The Country Club at Castle Pines, but some have held back on pursuing an invitation to membership because the Club didn’t have the amenities that appeal to the entire family. With the coming transformation, now is the time to seek one out before the Club begins construction.” The Club has categories for Golf Membership, Corporate Golf Membership, Junior Golf Membership and Social Membership.

The Country Club at Castle Pines is a private, Member-owned country club located in Castle Pines, Colorado. The Club was founded by Jack Vickers, III. in 1986 when the Members enjoyed their friendships in a trailer after a round of golf. The original clubhouse was built in 1993. The Club became Member owned in 2004, and the Clubhouse has had several additions and renovations since originally opening including one of the most spectacular patios in all of Colorado. The Club has continuously reinvested in the Jack Nicklaus Signature course, renovating all 18 greens, bunkers and its irrigation system.
