Youth from Girls Inc., Denver Indian Family Resource Center, and Denver Inner City Parish learn golf tips and life lessons
Former Denver Broncos Pro-Bowl safety and three-time Walter Payton Man of the Year Nominee Justin Simmons teed off alongside more than 50 children from Girls Inc., Denver Indian Family Resource Center, and Denver Inner City Parish at Bank of America’s free Golf with Us clinic in early August at Foothills Golf Course in Denver.

The event was Bank of America’s second Golf with Us clinic in Denver, which is designed to inspire the next generation to play and learn both golf skills and important life skills.
Golf with Us invites kids ages 6-18 to access tee times for $5 or less at thousands of courses through Youth on Course. This membership also provides access to $5 simulator rentals and a free lesson with a PGA professional at DICK’S Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy as well as $5 bays at any Topgolf location this summer (through Sept. 3) during designated hours. To date, more than 187,000 young people have signed up, including many first-time golfers and nearly 3,700 kids across Colorado.

While free enrollment for Bank of America’s Golf with Us initiative is now closed for 2026, participants may still register for Youth on Course. The enrollment cost varies by region, but interested parents can review pricing and enrollment details at YouthonCourse.org.
In Colorado, Bank of America will also activate its partnership with Watson Links – a nonprofit founded by Tom Watson which pairs youth ages 10–18 with vetted adult mentors for on-course experiences focused on confidence, encouragement, and life-readiness skills like communication, etiquette, and resilience. Through a Golf with Us Day of Play, 18 youth will be paired with 18 mentors for a guided on-course experience that builds relationships and reinforces skills in a supportive environment complementing the clinic by combining access to the game with meaningful mentorship.
Bank of America also provided financial support for continued golf instruction through the PGA of America REACH Foundation, the charitable foundation of the PGA of America, allowing local youth to continue to practice and develop their golf skills in Colorado through clinics and classes.

Golf with Us Clinics bring athletes and ambassadors into select markets to introduce young people to the game while pairing instruction in chipping, putting, and full swing with life skills such as focus, discipline, and confidence. The Day of Play extends this impact by combining access with mentorship.
