How high should you tee your golf ball for the best distance and accuracy?

Tee it high or tee it low? It may not be a “one-size-fits-all” (literally) approach.

Chances are you've experienced with both options, perhaps in the same round. You may have even been told different opinions by an instructor, friend, or playing partner.

So what's the answer? Colin Imrie, head professional at Weston Golf & Country Club in Toronto, explains in the video below that the answer may be found in your swing type or depending on the situation.
