1 woman in the 95-year history of Pebble Beach Golf Links has aced a par 4. And it wasn’t the legendary Marion Hollins. Connie Gallagher, a 10-handicap Denver Country Club member who was in Pebble Beach to attend a wedding, accomplished the feat October 9 by hitting driver on the 253-yard uphill fourth hole. The 57-year-old Gallagher now counts three aces in her career. This one contributed to a score of 83 and a hefty bar tab.
