Sebastian Unveils Mojito Garden

This summer, The Sebastian unveiled its Mojito Garden providing fresh, organic ingredients to Frost Bar for creative cocktails – mainly mojitos. The Mojito Garden features nearly ten different varieties of mint – spearmint, peppermint, pineapple mint, chocolate mint, bergamont, melissa mint, water mint, corn (wild) mint, and pennyroyal mint. Each flavor is incorporated into specially created mojitos in Frost such as the Melon Mojito with fresh melon and pineapple-mint, rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a splash of soda. Another signature mojito is the El Gran Menta with Ron Zacapa rum, 100 year-old Grand Marnier, five varieties of fresh mint, fresh squeezed lime and topped with bubbles.

 

Frost Bar Launches New Summer Menu

Frost Bar is known for featuring a dynamic list of scotch, tequila, beer, wine and original creations. This summer, the bar is expanding is culinary offerings to showcase a new, creative menu. New food favorites on the snack menu include Street-Style Tacos and Duck Potato Croquettes. Popular salad offerings include the new Watermelon & Speck Salad as well as a Quinoa Salad featuring artisan tomatoes, basil, parsley and mint-sherry vinaigrette. The flatbread selections now include a Lobster Flatbread with asparagus, fontina cheese and white truffle oil. Popular main dishes include the Lamb Pita Sandwich and Wagyu Burger with artisan tomato, pancetta, cheddar cheese and truffle fries. The dessert menu features classic sweets such as a Root Beer Float, Strawberry Tart and Cookies n’ Cream Sandwich.
