10:45 a.m.                                          Opening Remarks

11:00 a.m.                                          Shotgun at the Norman Course

                                                             Boxed lunch and refreshment stations on the course

4:00 p.m.                                            Check in at The Pines Lodge or The Charter at Beaver Creek

6:00 p.m.                                            Cocktail Party at The Pines Lodge (Mountain Casual)

7:00 p.m.                                            Dine Around Dinner in Beaver Creek/Avon (Mountain Casual)

 

Sunday, 9/19 – Fazio Course

8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.                    Breakfast, warm up & practice

10:00 a.m.                                         Shotgun at the Fazio Course

                                                            Boxed lunch and refreshment stations on the course

3:00 p.m.                                           Awards Ceremony with light appetizers, beer and cocktails

4:00 p.m.                                           Event concludes
